HS-300-2-CBN is a high-precision mechanical spring grinding machine designed for spring end grinding applications with wire diameters ranging from Ø0.3~2.0 mm.
Equipped with a CBN grinding wheel system, the machine enables fine grinding adjustment down to 0.01~0.005 mm, enhancing machining accuracy and grinding stability.
The full spring rotation design can be adjusted according to spring length, and combined with a grinding wheel surface dresser, the entire grinding process can be completed in one operation, improving production efficiency and product consistency.
